The move-out cleaning checklist that gets your deposit back
What landlords in Hot Springs and Little Rock actually inspect — and the move-out clean that consistently passes.
Landlords and property managers are looking for a few specific things on move-out: inside the oven, inside the refrigerator, inside cabinets and drawers, baseboards, blinds, tub and shower grout, and the walls.
A regular cleaning visit does NOT cover these areas — that's why a dedicated move-out clean exists. We treat the home as empty (or work around remaining furniture) and detail every inch.
Common deposit deductions we prevent: greasy oven interior, soap scum on glass shower doors, dust on top of doors and ceiling fans, fingerprints around switches, and cabinet interiors with crumbs or sticky residue.
Book at least one week in advance for end-of-month moves — that's our busiest stretch, especially in Hot Springs and Benton.
